Hong Kong Disneyland

The happiest place in Asia, with a uniquely Hong Kong twist.

Hong Kong Disneyland is compact but perfectly formed — and the local food twists (hello, dim sum Mickey buns) make it genuinely different from the other parks around the world.

Time needed: Full day (7–8 hours)
Best time: Weekdays for shorter queues; arrive at opening time.
Ideal for: Families, Disney fans, kids of all ages.

Magical, family-friendly, surprisingly local

Hong Kong Disneyland opened in 2005 and has grown steadily since — the newest addition, World of Frozen, is one of the most immersive areas in any Disney park worldwide.

The MTR goes directly to the park entrance, which makes getting here refreshingly easy from anywhere on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon.
